If you're fortunate enough in meditation, you will come to the stage where you cannot bring it anymore. You should come proper facing your opposition to the moment and may believe you need to get up, you have to keep your self using this moment. Meditation will end up also uncomfortable.
If that you don't stand up and work to the kitchen to consume a dessert, you'll damage your nose. If you may not scratch your nose, you will shake around in your seat. If you don't wiggle in nonduality chair, you will distract your self together with your thinking. You will decide the meditation as a disappointment; that you did not obtain the bliss that you got yesterday and you'll run away from it.
It's the normal result, because it is not only that you are resistant to this moment, you're the weight to this moment. You occur as the weight to the moment.
And therefore the challenge is in meditation when you discover your self in weight, would you find a way within yourself to surrender yourself absolutely to the moment. Can you discover a way to offer yourself up so that there is only this moment.
Since tension and struggle can just only occur between two separate things. Pressure can only occur in duality. There's to be you and this time for stress to exist.
If you can find a way at a subtle stage to surrender this "you" that's split up out of this moment, this "you" that's in conflict with this particular time, then all which will be left could be the nonduality of this moment. All which is remaining is awareness. There can be number pressure in nonduality. There can be no conflict if there is just oneness here.
Then you learn to remain as this nondual formlessness. You discover ways to be and never having to agreement in to being you.
If you approach that moment along with your spiritual beliefs and understanding and most of the judgments that are included with that, if you strategy this time as a person hoping to get something from this time, you'll never reach that moment. You will never attain nonduality and oneness.
But if you are ready to offer it all up also simply for that moment then you definitely can discover true peace. If you're willing to let go of yourself and allow yourself belong to nonduality then you can certainly experience oneness and the flexibility that is included with that.
Usually teachings of nonduality and oneness include the fake notion that having an enlightened teacher is wrong. And this can be a fake understanding. If you'll find an enlightened teacher who's previously residing in a state of oneness, then simply by sitting with that teacher, their own state of oneness is utilized in you through Shakti/deeksha- the energy vibration that's believed as paradise that arises out of nonduality. That is definitely the best way to experience oneness and attain home realization.
